Companies Registry
The government office responsible for administration of companies incorporated in England and Wales and foreign companies registered in the UK. All public documents and returns relating to a company are filed and available for inspection here. There are seven regional offices. The main office is at Crown Way, Maindy, Cardiff, CF4 3UZ. Telephone 01222 388588. Central Enquiries 01222 380801.
