dominium plenum
In Scotland, the absolute feuhold interest in land, where the land is owned without any feudal superiority above or feu interest below. Like the feu, the owner of the dominium plenum will have the useful ownership of the land but will not be subject to the payment of any annual feu duties or compliance with title conditions.
