Professional Securities Market
Professional Securities Market (PSM)
A trading platform operated and regulated by the London Stock Exchange. It is a listed market, and PSM securities are admitted to the Official List but it is not a regulated market for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive. It is designed for issuers of specialist securities.
