SEAQ
The Stock Exchange Automated Quotations system of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The screen-based quotation system for the UK equity market. SEAQ includes:
• A price display service, which distributes market makers' quotes to the market place.
• A trade ticker that publishes all trades valued at £1,000 or more reported to SEAQ.
• The market makers' bid prices and offer prices and sizes identifying at any moment in the trading day the best bid and offer price for every SEAQ security.
