Partnerships UK (PUK)
a joint venture between the public and private sectors (with the majority stake held by the private sector) that aims to offer a blend of public and private sector commercial expertise and "to support and accelerate the delivery of infrastructure renewal, high quality public services and the efficient use of public assets through better and stronger partnerships between the public and private sectors". It is responsible for agreeing any derogation to SoPC4.
