The international division of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The ICDR administers arbitration and mediation services around the world and also helps with:
• Appointing mediators and arbitrators.
• Setting hearings.
• Providing users with information on dispute resolution options, including settlement through mediation.
• Acting as the appointing authority in, as well as administering, arbitrations under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
The ICDR Dispute Resolution Procedures automatically apply to international cases brought before the AAA unless the parties agree otherwise.
