Investments regulated by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Such investments include a deposit, rights under a contract of insurance, shares or stock in the share capital of any body corporate or unincorporated bodies constituted outside of the UK, debentures, debenture stock, loan notes, bonds, certificates of deposit, government and public securities, warrants, certificates representing certain securities, units in collective investment schemes, rights in stakeholder pension schemes, options, futures, contracts for difference, a membership of a Lloyd's syndicate, funeral plan contracts and agreements for qualifying credit.
