covenants for title
Covenants by the owner of property being disposed of, which relate to the title of that property, for the benefit of the new owner. Covenants for title are implied under the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994, by using the key phrases, full title guarantee or limited title guarantee.
