Supreme Court Costs Office

Supreme Court Costs Office
Prior to the introduction of the Civil Procedure Rules this was known as the Supreme Court Taxing Office and is a distinct part of the High Court. Its primary function is the assessment of costs which are recoverable from a litigant by another litigant or by a lawyer.
