UKLA Rules

UKLA Rules
For the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the UKLA Rules include the Listing Rules, the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules and the Prospectus Rules of the Financial Services Authority (or any of them as the context may require).
