virt-x Exchange Limited
A pan-European blue chip recognised investment exchange created in 2001 by Tradepoint and SWX Swiss Exchange. Trading on virt-x is supervised by the Financial Services Authority, but listings and matters relating to disclosure and takeovers are the responsibility of the relevant home state authorities. virt-x is a prescribed market for the market abuse regime.
