The criteria used at the pre-qualification stage of a procurement process for short-listing suppliers to be invited to tender (restricted procedure), dialogue (competitive dialogue procedure) or negotiate (negotiated procedure) in a contract. The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/5) provide details of selection criteria that may be used.
