A committee on banking supervision that provides a cooperative forum for its members by facilitating the exchange of information, techniques and approach to supervision and by establishing guidelines and supervisory standards. Its members include Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
