Anton Piller orders
in English procedure, an order of the High Court that orders the defendant to allow the plaintiff to inspect, remove or copy documents, granted on the plaintiff's showing there is danger to the evidence: see Anton Piller KG v . Manufacturing Processes Ltd [1976] Ch. 55, the case after which the orders are informally named.
