specific goods

specific goods
goods identified and agreed on at the time a contract of sale is made are ascertained goods. Unascertained goods can become ascertained goods, which occurs when goods of the description and in a deliverable state are unconditionally appropriated to the contract, either by the seller with the consent of the buyer or the buyer with consent of the seller.
