Health and Safety Executive

Health and Safety Executive
The HSE and HSC (Health and Safety Commission) administer and enforce health and safety in the work place. The HSE is effectively the executive arm responsible for enforcement of health and safety law and is answerable to the HSC and the Secretary of State for Employment.
