Also known as a de minimis notice. A notice published by the European Commission which provides guidance on the Commission's approach to whether an agreement between parties with only small market shares is likely to infringe Article 81(1) of the EC Treaty because its effect on trade between member states and on competition within the EU is likely to be appreciable.
